Products & Output
Every tyre we process yields three usable resources. Here's what each one is, and where it's used.
Pyrolysis Oil
A dark, energy-dense liquid fuel recovered by condensing the vapors released during tyre pyrolysis. Used as an industrial fuel in burners, furnaces, and boilers.
Carbon Char
The solid carbon residue left after the rubber's hydrocarbons are driven off. Used directly as an industrial fuel or filler, or processed further into recovered carbon black (rCB) for higher-value applications.
Combustible Gas (Syngas)
The non-condensable portion of the pyrolysis gas. Instead of being wasted, it's recycled to help heat the reactor itself, reducing the plant's external fuel needs.
