Turning Waste Tyres Into Tomorrow's Fuel
Garvim Energy LLP runs a continuous tyre pyrolysis plant that converts end-of-life tyres into pyrolysis oil, carbon char, and clean energy — non-stop, 24 hours a day.
Garvim Energy LLP runs a continuous tyre pyrolysis facility that processes end-of-life tyres round the clock. Using a sealed, oxygen-free thermal process, we break down rubber tyre chips into three usable resources — pyrolysis oil, carbon char, and combustible gas — instead of letting waste tyres pile up, catch fire, or pollute land and water. It's a practical answer to Gujarat's, and India's, growing tyre waste problem, and a step toward a circular economy.
Waste tyres don't disappear on their own
Mounting waste
India generates hundreds of millions of scrap tyres every year, and most are bulky, non-biodegradable, and difficult to dispose of safely.
Environmental risk
Abandoned tyre stockpiles are fire hazards and a source of land and water contamination when left untreated.
A resource, not garbage
Every waste tyre contains recoverable oil, carbon, and gas — pyrolysis is how we get it back out.
From scrap tyre to usable resource, continuously
Feeding
Shredded tyre chips are fed continuously into the sealed reactor through an airtight dual-hopper system.
Thermal decomposition
Heated in an oxygen-free chamber, breaking rubber down into hot vapor and solid carbon residue.
Condensation
Vapors are cooled into pyrolysis oil; leftover gas is recycled to help fuel the reactor itself.
Recovery
Carbon char is cooled, collected, and packaged; oil is stored ready for sale or use.
Built to run non-stop, not in batches
Our plant is built around the PU500 continuous reactor, engineered for steady, predictable output and safety at every stage.
- ✓Runs 24/7 with automated dual-hopper feeding — no shutdowns for reloading
- ✓Reactor operates under negative pressure with nitrogen backup for built-in fire/explosion safety
- ✓SCADA-controlled for consistent temperature and consistent output quality
- ✓Syngas is reused to heat the reactor, cutting fuel costs and meeting emission standards
Three resources, recovered from every tyre
Pyrolysis Oil
Used as industrial fuel in burners, furnaces, and generators.
Carbon Char
Used in industrial furnaces, or processed further into recovered carbon black (rCB).
Combustible Gas
Recycled back into the system to heat the reactor.
